Adelphi University is pleased to announce the appointment of Mitchell Nagler, MA to the position of Assistant Director of the Student Counseling Center/Director of the Bridges to Adelphi Program. Mitch is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who brings to the University an extensive administrative background, and expertise in working with people with Asperger's Syndrome, Autism, Social Anxiety Disorders and other nonverbal learning disabilities. The Bridges to Adelphi Program is designed to enhance college life for students with nonverbal learning disabilities by providing help with organizational skills, time management, independent living skills and social skills training. Mitch is also an Adelphi alumnus and has taught in Adelphi's Derner Institute of Advanced Psychological Studies.
